Check‑in is from 15:00 and check‑out is by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Out of respect for neighbors and families staying in the apartment, quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Smoking and parties are not allowed anywhere inside the property. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and pets are welcome only if confirmed in writing before arrival.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made at least 14 days before check‑in receive a full refund of the deposit; after that time the deposit is non‑refundable. Any damage or missing items may be charged from the security deposit. By completing a booking, you agree to follow these policies during your stay.
